WAIVER

REPA Academy // Fort Worth, TX

Last Updated: February 2026

01. Participation & Enrollment

By accessing the REPA Academy facility or participating in our "Elite Lab" programs, evaluations, or private instruction, the athlete (and legal guardian for minors) agrees to follow all operational rules. Participation is a privilege contingent upon maintaining a professional, data-focused mindset appropriate for high-level baseball development.

02. Baseball Risk Acknowledgment

The REPA Academy environment utilizes professional-grade technology and equipment. Training involves high-intensity physical stress and inherent sport-specific dangers:

// Projectile Risk

Exposure to baseballs traveling at speeds exceeding 100 MPH and high-velocity exit speeds.

// Biomechanical Stress

Potential for injury during maximal effort pitching, hitting, and weighted ball protocols.

// Equipment Usage

Risks associated with pitching machines, mechanical tools, and high-speed bat swings.

// Facility Proximity

The dangers of close-proximity training within batting cages and pitching lanes.

03. Full Liability Release

I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge REPA Academy, its owners, coaching staff, and affiliates from any and all liability for personal injury, disability, death, or property damage sustained while on the premises or during any off-site academy activities. This waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Texas.

04. Technology & Property Protection

Our facility is equipped with elite tracking technology (Rapsodo, HitTrax, Biomechanical sensors).

TEC

Athletes are strictly prohibited from touching or adjusting tracking technology without coach supervision. Intentional damage to sensors will result in full replacement liability for the athlete/guardian.

CLE

Only turf shoes or athletic sneakers are permitted on the lab floor. Cleats are strictly prohibited in the cage area.

05. Performance Data & Media

REPA Academy is a data-driven laboratory. By participating, you grant us the right to record video and collect performance metrics (Exit Velocity, Spin Rate, Launch Angle, etc.). This data may be used for marketing, social media athlete spotlights, and collegiate/professional scouting reports. We believe in showcasing your progress to help you reach the next level.

06. Billing & Scheduling

Consistency is key to development. Our scheduling policy ensures the lab runs at peak efficiency:

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Notice required for session credits.
  • Monthly memberships require 30-day written notice to pause or terminate.
  • No-shows for evaluations will result in forfeiture of evaluation fees.
